• Processing your payments for subscription services.

Continuous improvement is at the heart of what we do. We use your information to make our Service better, smarter, and more effective.

• To train our AI models: This is a critical part of how we enhance the Steady platform. We use your User Content (Inputs) and anonymized Usage Data to train, fine-tune, and improve our AI agents, such as the AI Mentor and the Knowledge Guardian. This helps us make the AI's responses more accurate, relevant, and helpful for all users. We take steps to anonymize and aggregate this data to protect your privacy.
• To analyze usage patterns: We analyze Usage Data to understand which features and lessons are most effective, identify areas for improvement, and develop new tools and capabilities to support your learning journey.
• To conduct research on learning methodologies and the effectiveness of our platform.

3.3. To Communicate With You

We use your contact information to communicate with you about your account and the Service.
